Development of Regional Impact (DRI)

Founded in 1983, SPG (a small business corporation) is an international market, economics and planning consulting firm with extensive experience in all phases of DRI/ADA development as well as growth management planning including land development regulations.  We have experience working with other consultants as well as acting as client representative in the preparation of DRIs.   Presently, we are just completing the Ormond Crossings DRI and we are also completing work on the Isles of Athena DRI.
